Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions of vipnumbers247.co.uk · Last updated: 5 November 2026

These terms apply to every order placed on vipnumbers247.co.uk. They explain what you are buying, how delivery works, when an order can be cancelled or refunded, and what happens if something goes wrong. Please read them before you order; by placing an order you accept them.

1. Who we are

vipnumbers247.co.uk is run by JDF Tech Limited, trading as VIP Numbers 247, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08280019), 396 Barking Road, London E13 8HJ, United Kingdom. Email: vipadmin@vipnumbers247.co.uk. You can also reach us on WhatsApp, Telegram and Messenger from our contact page.

2. What we sell

We sell memorable UK mobile numbers. Each number is supplied on a UK pay-as-you-go SIM card that we hold, with the number shown on the product page. Each number is unique: once it is sold, it is gone. The photo on a product page shows our artwork for that number; the SIM card itself is a standard network SIM.

After you receive the SIM you can use the number as it is, move it to your own network with a PAC code (see section 7), or ask us to convert it to an eSIM, where the network allows this. If you ask us to look for a number that is not in stock (a custom request), we will tell you the price and details before you pay, and these terms apply to that order too.

3. Placing an order

When you place an order you will receive an email confirming what you ordered. Your order is accepted when we dispatch the SIM. Until then we may cancel it, for example if the number has already been sold, the price was shown wrongly or the order does not pass our security checks. If we cancel, we refund everything you paid.

Please check the number on your order carefully before you pay. The number you receive will be exactly the number shown in your order.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). The price of a number is a one-off payment: there is no contract, subscription or monthly fee to us. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay, and the checkout total is the full amount you pay us.

You can pay by debit or credit card (processed by SumUp), PayPal, UK bank transfer or USDT. We never see or store your full card details. Orders paid by bank transfer or USDT are dispatched once the payment has reached us. Calls, texts, data and top-ups used on the number after delivery are charged by the mobile network, not by us.

5. Delivery

Orders placed before 4pm UK time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same working day by Royal Mail tracked delivery. You can choose DHL or UPS at checkout for faster or international delivery. Delivery times given by carriers are estimates.

Please make sure the delivery address is complete and correct. If a parcel has not arrived when expected, contact us and we will trace it with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement SIM with the same number where the network allows it, or refund you in full.

The SIM is your responsibility once it has been delivered. If it is lost or damaged after delivery, contact us and we will help you get a replacement SIM for the same number from the network.

6. Cancellations, refunds and replacements

In short: once your number has been delivered, it matches your order and the SIM and number are working, the sale is complete and the number cannot be returned or refunded after it has been activated, used or moved to another network. You can still cancel before dispatch, return an unused SIM within 14 days, and you are always protected if the SIM or number is faulty.

Before dispatch

You can cancel at any time before we dispatch the SIM by contacting us. We will refund you in full.

After delivery: unused SIMs

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving the SIM, as long as the SIM is returned to us unused: not inserted into a device or activated, with no calls, texts or data used, no PAC code requested and no eSIM conversion made. Tell us within the 14 days, then post the SIM back to the address in section 1 within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning it. We refund the price you paid, and any standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the SIM back.

After the number has been activated, used or moved

A mobile number is unique. Once the SIM has been activated or used, a PAC code has been requested, the number has been moved to another network, or it has been converted to an eSIM, the number cannot be returned to us or sold again. If the number you received matches your order and the SIM and number work, no cancellation or refund is possible from that point. Activating, using or moving the number goes beyond simply checking it, and it takes away the number’s value to us.

If something is wrong

If the SIM does not work, the number is not the one you ordered, or the number cannot be moved because of a problem on our side, contact us as soon as you can with your order number. We will fix it: usually with a replacement SIM for the same number, or help completing the transfer. If we cannot put it right, we will refund you in full. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method; for USDT, to the wallet the payment came from. Please contact us before opening a chargeback or a PayPal dispute: most problems are sorted out quickly on WhatsApp or by email.

7. Moving the number to your network

To move the number to your existing network, text PAC to 65075 from the SIM we send and give the code to your current network. The switch is carried out by the networks under Ofcom’s rules and usually completes the next working day. Our PAC code guide explains each step.

Moving the number replaces the number on your existing plan; your old number then ends unless you keep it on a separate SIM. Before you request a PAC, make sure you want to move the number, because a requested or completed transfer counts as using the number (section 6). If a transfer stalls, contact us and we will help you chase it with the network.

8. Security checks

To protect customers and ourselves from fraud, we may check orders before dispatch, for example by asking you to confirm the order details or the payment. If we cannot verify an order, we will cancel it and refund the payment in full. Information used for these checks is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Mobile networks

Calls, texts, data, coverage and the use of the line are provided by the mobile network the number is on, under that network’s own terms. We are not responsible for network coverage, outages, call charges or changes a network makes to its services or tariffs.

A pay-as-you-go number must be kept in use. Networks can close numbers that are not used for a long period, under their own terms. To keep your number, make a call, send a text or top up from time to time, or move it to a monthly plan.

10. Our responsibility to you

We supply the SIM and number with reasonable care and skill and as described on our website. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses (such as lost profit or lost opportunity), or for problems caused by the mobile networks or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Using our website

We try to keep product details, prices and stock accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen; if an error affects your order we will tell you before dispatch and you can cancel for a full refund. The text, images and artwork on this website belong to JDF Tech Limited and may not be copied without our permission.

12. Your personal data

We use your personal data only to process and deliver your order and as explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one shown on this page when you placed it. The date at the top shows when the terms last changed.

14. Complaints and law

If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us first at vipadmin@vipnumbers247.co.uk or on WhatsApp, and we will do our best to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
